Our selected method of delivery is via Royal Mail & Courier

Please be advised the estimated delivery time is based on the date your order is dispatched not from the date your order was placed. This is due to the handcrafted quality of many of our products.

Postage and packing charges are calculated at checkout.
Postal costs range from £2.49 - £4.99 
Estimated timescales for delivery:
Economy 2-5 working days from dispatch although this is not guaranteed. 
 
Guidelines for arrival of delivery are advised by Royal Mail & Courier used.

Returned orders (excluding personalised products in compliance with the distance selling regulations) must be returned to us within 14 days in their original condition, unused and unopened. 

Buyer pays return postage.

Confirmation of returned goods must be obtained from ourselves prior to posting.  
All returned goods will require proof of posting in order for us to process your refund.
