Cancellation of Orders and Returns

In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for up to 14 days after the day of delivery.*

In order to cancel your Order, you must notify us by email or in writing to our contact address within this 14 day period.* please note this does not apply to any personalised goods.

A refund of any monies paid by you to us for the Goods will be made when the items are received back by us. If you cancel your order you must take good care of the goods and must return them to us at your own expense by recorded delivery within 14 days of cancellation of your order. If the Goods have been damaged whilst in your possession then you will be liable for the cost of repairing that damage. Written authorisation for returns required at all times.

The Goods must be returned unused with all packaging and seals intact and all fittings and guarantees enclosed. Postage MUST be made by recorded post to enable the goods to be tracked to safeguard all parties.

Postage & packing charges will not be refunded.

* We do not accept returns or refunds on any personalised goods unless faulty or a mistake is made by ourselves. It is the customers responsibility to check their spellings and punctuation before placing an order. Mistakes cannot be rectified once your order has been placed. Incorrect orders or missing items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.

 We reserve the right to alter, update or change pricing and products on the website at any given time without prior notice.
